Double top for Alan - Posted 1st April 2005.

Rewards and awards are central to encouraging not just Lomax employees but also the many people they work with.

The company's apprentice awards evening is now in its third year and proves a hit with clients and their employees alike.

This year saw Alan Erridge, one of the first apprentices to complete the three-year course, carry off both the third-year prize and Lomax Apprentice of the Year award.

An employee of HSS at Cramlington, Alan was presented with his awards by another employer, Roy Oxley, who is Training Manager for MTS (GB) Ltd.
